We can machine parts up to 26″ x 50″ in size.

What is the largest die you can produce?

We can create dies up to 26″ x 50″ in size.

What is your average turnaround time?

For smaller runs, once we’ve completed quoting and fixturing, we typically have a 72 hour turnaround time. For more complex projects, turnaround times can range from 1 week to over 1 month, depending on the scope and size.

What is the average number of pieces you produce?

We are able to complete projects of 1 to over 5,000 per month.

Do you offer reverse engineering services?

Yes, we provide reverse engineering services.

What is the maximum tolerance you can hold?

We can hold tolerances up to .002.

Do you rework dies?

Yes, we offer die rework services.

Can you validate you work?

Yes, we use a manual CMM. We will be purchasing an automatic CMM because of our increased production capabilities.
